Ok, Hope the title caught your attention. It really is the truth.

The mod is intended to allow you to
- install unsigned SIS/SISX packages
- install SIS/SISX packages with protected\unprotected UID
- install SIS/SISX packages with invalid certificates
on Symbian 9.1 and 9.2 smartphones.

What you need:
1) BiNPDA Security Manager
2) installserver.exe (attached)

Instructions:

1) Install BiNPDA Security Manager. This will allow you to turn off Platform Security so that you can access C:\Sys\.

2) Turn off Platform Security.
3) Use a file browser (X-plore, FExplorer etc.) to navigate to C:\Sys\Bin\
4) Copy installserver.exe into C:\Sys\Bin\
5) Done!

If you have a dev cert, it would be better to install signed apps. Using this is dangerous because it enables all functions. If by accident you install an app with virus, your phone will be gone if you use this.
EDIT: Download the correct version. I uploaded an OS 9.1 version.

Yes its permanent, as long as installserver.exe is in C:\Sys\Bin\. But really, after you transfer it there, even if you restart your phone, installserver.exe will still be there so no worries.

Thats because your phones are OS 9.1. Download the OS 9.1 version that I just uploaded and I think it will work

it works 100% on my N73 mE (now nicely hacked). at the first attempt it gave corrupt file message for every app I tried to install- this was because I was using the wrong installer.exe once I installed the correct one for os9.1 it has been working great!!
