The mod is intended to allow you to
- install unsigned SIS/SISX packages
- install SIS/SISX packages with protected\unprotected UID
- install SIS/SISX packages with invalid certificates
on Symbian 9.1 and 9.2 smartphones.
What you need:
1) BiNPDA Security Manager
2) installserver.exe (attached)
Instructions:
1) Install BiNPDA Security Manager. This will allow you to turn off Platform Security so that you can access C:\Sys\.

If it worked for you, could you please reply, your phone model? Thanks, I want to add on to the list below.
Tested working on phones:
N73
N80
N81
N91
N95-1
N95-2 8GB
6120c
E61
E61i
P1i
5700 Xpress Music
Since the success rate has been 100%, maybe a mod might want to help me sticky this? I'll really appreciate it. Thanks!
If you have a dev cert, it would be better to install signed apps. Using this is dangerous because it enables all functions. If by accident you install an app with virus, your phone will be gone if you use this.
EDIT: Download the correct version. I uploaded an OS 9.1 version.
