Its not you who will decide who has the right to become staff and who doesnot. First of all you donot obey the rules by not posting sreenshots and information, secondly you talk rudely to the staff members & you are saying why don't you get promotion. Posting doesn't mean that you will be promoted neglecting all things you have done like neglecting rules etc. If I would be the admin I would have taken a strong step against you a long time ago.

Oh leave other things just have a look at your signature, you are not allowed to add more than 1 image in signature and you are using 4 images. You never deserve to be a staff member.
