Sonic at the Olympic Games presents you with a streamlined set of five Olympic events - 1500m, 400m hurdles, Triple jump, Discus and Javelin. Each is viewed from a 2D side-on perspective and each can be played one-handed. All wisely forgo the established track and field control method of button mashing, which might not have worked on mobile, opting instead for timed button presses.

The events themselves similarly eschew convention, bringing in elements from Sonic's world to augment the action. So we have rising and dipping tracks with the odd loop de loop thrown in for good measure in the 1500m, and collectible score-boosting rings in all of the events.

If you ever tried to play Global Race in landscape view on something else then an E90, you couldn't have missed the HUGE speedometer...

So, I've created this patch to remove the useless RPM meter (I mean there's no manual gears anyway...) and other stuff.

B. Installing?

Option 1:

Depending on where you've installed Global Race (MMC or phone's memory), Just extract the content of this file to the root of E: or C: (again - MMC/phone's memory).

OR

Option 2:
Extract this file to your PC and copy <data.vfs> to the game folder (should be ./private/2000BB2D).

** In both cases, just overwrite the old <data.vfs> file. **

C. Uninstalling?

Just reinstall the game.

Show us what you are made of and prove that you are the best strategist from all, by not letting any intruder fellow to pass by you trap... The rules are simple - no one intruder should exit from you back door. You have limit of 50 lives (omitted intruders), and be careful that you can''t get them back. There is 8 different species of intruders and everyone of them has special abilities and power. To stop the intrusive fellows to pass by you have 7 different kinds of towers with various ways to affect the intruders and destroy them.

However you should arrange them in the most appropriate way to increase their path and meantime to damage them most. More details about the intruders are explained bellow. Towers Trap has 3 difficulty levels, plus one experimental level, where you can test different strategies without warring about the price of the towers.
